New Service TV/Phone/Internet install soon with an old outstanding bill help and questions.
We will be scheduling a new home 3 play install in the next few weeks. I believe I have an old balance from 8 months ago. (we switched to Verizon shortly-nightmare TV and DVR service) Can I go online choose my TV/Internet/landline options, pick a day to have a tech to do the install and pay my old balance at the same time? Do I need to pay the bill before I look at options? Also Verizon did something different with our outside wires, that I was told by a few people I need a tech to check them even though online keeps defaulting to self install. Any help or guidance is appreciated. Does anyone know how far out the schedules are for home install. Looking in MA in Metrowest area.
