New Service to Residential Townhomes

I am a general contractor who is trying to get service to 5 new townhomes.

The property previously had a commercial building on it with 4 different spaces and each space had service from Comcast. The commercial building was demoed, and we built 5 new townhomes on the property in place of the commercial building. The local Comcast Tech Ops team said they can’t provide us with service and we need to get in touch with the Comcast Construction Department.

1. How do I get in touch with the Comcast Construction department?

2. Why can’t the local Comcast Tech Ops team provide us with service when the previous building had service?

Hello @user_fce634, and thank you for reaching out for help with moving the new homes to residential accounts in our system from the commercial we currently have them listed as. I would be happy to put in a request to the service team to have them relisted for you. Only our serviceability team is able to change them which is why the local team had you reach out for assistance. They are a national team, and don't have a local contact to reach out to.

Can you send us a private message with your full name, and service address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
