New Service Set Up

I’ve been waiting since May 2nd for my service to be set up at my house. May 9th an installer told me he arranged for a tap to be placed on a pole near my house. Supposed to take up to 14 days. Today is the 14th day and guess what? Nothing. No one showed up. How long do I have to endure this?

It will be a square chat bubble in the upper right of the page, across from the Xfinity header.
