New service / paying to dig

I bought a new property and have a few options I want to work through to get internet - have talked to Comcast a few times but am unable to get anyone to actually close the deal. Was quoted a rather high sum to dig and will go that route if necessary but also willing to deploy my own 60Ghz tech to finish the run. I really just want to talk to someone capable of closing the deal as I work remotely and also cannot call 911 from the property as there is no cellular service. Had to drive 10 minutes last will to call in a major gas leak to the fire dept.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, @user_43e189. That must have been really scary to drive that far away to reach emergency services. Our team can certainly investigate the options available for you. To start, we will take a look at the construction/serviceability ticket. Can you send us a private message with your full name and service address? To send a private message, please click the chat icon next to the bell in the upper right corner. Click the “notepad and pen” button. Send the full message to our shared support handle “Xfinity Support”. We look forward to hearing from you!

@XfinityAnna Ok, I went through the primary support and am once again running into the issue I initially posted in public to address - I have a quote to dig. I NEED a contact capable of closing the deal here, money isn't an issue but the amount of time I'm wasting with support staff that apparently have no understanding of the fact that I'm calling to continue a conversation about new construction absolutely is. A few weeks ago I was told someone in construction would give me a callback in reference to the quoted work - that has not happened. I requested to view the quote - that has not happened. Do I need to hire a lawyer and pursue breach of XFinity/Comcast's franchise agreement with my municipality in order to get this resolved?!
