New service in another state without interrupting existing service
I'm an existing Xfinity customer receiving service in Houston, Texas. I want to add new service in Colorado. I want to maintain all of my Xfinity services in Houston. What to do?

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_vu0ivu Essentially we just create a new account and pick a plan for the Colorado address. Then you would have the option to link you login to the new account so you can manage both accounts from the same online profile. If you'd like some help getting that going please send us a direct message with your full name and both the Houston and Colorado addresses.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
How to: Direct messaging withing the forum.
