To clarify are you looking to start a new service at a new address or are you looking to start a second account at your current address

I need a second dedicated drop for work at home. I ordered service, equipment and linked the accounts. My existing service shows now shows the "speed" I selected for the new service and all streaming devices are no longer working with the Xfinity app.

@user_1m3yd Thank you for the clarification. Most locations are able to support multiple accounts using the normal set up. An additional drop would not be necessary. We can even have two modems working in one home as well. If you are running into issues with the connection and speeds for both accounts we can definitely help take a closer look for you.
