New Residential Construction on Vacant Land
I am building a new home on currently vacant land and would like to speak to someone to regarding this new construction. We need to understand where to run cabling and what needs to be done to ensure the service can be connected once the new home is occupied.

Congratulations on the new home build! For this request, we would need to submit a ticket to our construction team.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, full address, and a reliable contact phone number/email?
To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Make sure the builder knows that you would like cable outlets installed in your house. Believe me, it will be much easier in the long run if those are established because then all that will be needed is for Comcast to make them live for you.
