New phone from Xfinity never delivered. Will I get a refund?

Greetings. My old phone is dying, and I ordered a new one through Xfinity.

Order # 3729600207368210998

The FedEx delivery person could not deliver, because they needed my signature, and they  attempted to deliver when I I was at work.

Now I got a message that the phone is being returned. Will I be refunded? If so, how long does it typically take?
