New new box
I have been trying since Wed last week to fix my connection. I have been told that I need a new box. I have done everything as requested. I have a tech to come this week but per a phone call on Friday from the Tech dept, I could call 1-800 xfintiy and request a new box be shipped to me. And then cancel the appt but the problem is that I can never get a live agent to talk to. How can I discuss all of this without talking to an agent. The AI in chat just keeps going in circles of the things that I have already done and the same for the phone number.
