New monthly cost is higher than Current Plan price

I've been on a 500mb/s plan for 2 years for $45/month. The price just increased to $55/month, however, looking at the current list of available plans, I see my current option still showing $45/month. Why has the price increased? I have images of this that I'd gladly share in a private thread.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_pdyzfb From my experience it usually goes up due to an end in promotional rates on the account. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history  If you are seeing packages with lower rates those are most likely also promotional rate with terms that will also eventually expire. I would be happy to review the account for a new discount.

Please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon!
