I went to the Xfinity store. 3 technicians were at the house. The power light does not come on modem when plugged in. Even after wires restored.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good afternoon, @user_p5puuw . I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having, especially after visiting the Xfinity Store and having multiple technician visits. If the modem's power light does not come on at all when it's plugged into a known working outlet, that typically points to a hardware issue with the modem or its power adapter. To rule out a power issue, please try plugging the modem into a different outlet and, if possible, verify the outlet works by testing another device such as a lamp or phone charger. Since you've already had technicians out and the modem remains completely unpowered, it may be necessary to exchange the equipment if you haven't already done so. Can you confirm whether the modem you're using now is the same one that was originally installed, or is it a replacement from the Xfinity Store? Thank you for your time, and we'll do everything we can to get this resolved.
