New modem

Turned in my old modem today and set up new one. It is not connected to internet now.

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I did see the new device that was added. When checking over the update, I didn't see any immediate issues or errors. Do you have this device connected to the same outlet as the previous device? Does it share an outlet with another device using a splitter?
