New Modem Request
I have reset my modem almost every day this week. Can you please send me a new modem that works. I am getting very annoyed my internet keeps dropping out because the current modem I have keeps over heating and not working like it should be.

We can certainly assist you with this. Just to let you know, you can always bring the modem down to your local Xfinity store for them to swap it out free of charge. If you prefer we ship one out to you, it can take 3-5 business days, feel free to click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you.
