New modem not connecting, assistant says tech needs to come out

I have a NOW Prepaid account, I've connected the lines outside, but they are corroded and I have no signal. The bot said I need a tech but couldn't find an appointment. Can you please schedule the No Charge' tech for me?

@XfinityRaf​ the Xfinity Assistant said this “I'm sorry, but I was unable to retrieve any available time slots at the moment. Please try again later or contact our support team for assistance.” I wasnt sure how to contact customer

Thanks for letting me know. We do not have any access to NOW accounts, so we would not be able to schedule a tech appointment. I would give this link a try to reach the XFINITY Assistant to see if quota is available again.
