New Modem Needed

Tech came out and said I needed to replace modem, we went to the store and they gave us a number to call and no one answers only redirected to Xfinity assistant with no solution. Just getting run around? Is there a number where I can speak to someone directly?

@user_e0tut2 Hello! Thanks for reaching out about needing a new modem, we do have our 1800 Xfinity number, Our stores can swap out the modems. We can also help with shipping one if you would like.

Spoke with someone at the number and was told everything is handled vía the app since it's Xfinity NOW. That there was no one he could patch me to. I went to both stores with one saying they were out and the next store manager saying those modems have been discontinued and to call the 1-800 number. I cancelled the service.

user_e0tut2, I'm sorry to hear you have decided to cancel. The NOW portal would be the best option to manage your services, but I understand it didn't work out for you. That said, we'll be here if you need us in the future.
