New Modem - Internet out - pushed cell plan

I just got a new modem after ditching cable. Well after 1 week my WiFi and Ethernet stopped working. Was impossible to get a live person. Insisted on chat. The idiot on chat removed my internet from my account and signed me up for a phone plan. Now nothing works no verification of a technician coming out. So terrible. Will be switching to Verizon asap if not resolved by 12pm 9-5-24
