New modem from Comcast

  1. Ensure WiFi is enabled on your modem.
  2. Check the WiFi settings on your iPhone to confirm it is connected to your home WiFi network.
  3. Restart your modem by unplugging it, waiting one minute, and plugging it back in.
  4. Verify that the WiFi network name and password are correct.
  5. If using your own router, ensure the gateway is in bridge mode.
