New line needs to be buried

New residential, single family home.  Service was installed in early July, but nobody has returned to bury the line.  How do I escalate this and get someone to come and take care of the issue?

Good Morning, @matt071! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the line bury, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. The line work can take up to 30 days to fully complete with any delays and permitting. I would be more than happy to look into the account and share an update. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
