the technician dropped a new line to my home and wondering when it will get buried

We are the right place to go for help with that line burial. Cable bury requests normally take an average of 14 business days from the date the technician submits the order request for the work to be completed. However, delays may be caused by permits, weather conditions, utility marking, or other issues. When this happens, I have seen that it can take sometimes over 30 days. Does this clarify your question?
