New internet install address is wrong, how do i contact support?

Hi ordered new internet but the address some how came out wrong by a house down.   I cannot contact online support as the assistant just question loops me and the site still inconsistently loads.  The address for install should match my billing address.

Please send me a private message with your full name and full address. I can most definitely take a further look at this issue. You can do so, by clicking on the chat icon, in the top right hand 
corner of your screen, and once you click on that icon, you should be able to search "Xfinity Support",which should then give you the ability to send us a message.
