New Installation Wait Time

We signed up earlier in the week for installation at the home we just purchased.

Apparently Xfinity has recently added service to this area.

We were told the installation would be June 16, 2025. The rep who signed us up said she would try to “speed this up” and said she had reached out to the appropriate department and I should hear something within 48 hours. 

Haven't heard from anyone. 

My wife and I work remotely from home. Is there any way possible to speed this installation up at all?

Another 6 weeks seems kind of extreme for a installation wait time.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
