New install - requires cable card for tivo

I am trying to get new Comcast service going but the required cable card for my tivo is a problem.  The installer that came out the first time said they don't have cards anymore and to call customer service to have one mailed to my home.  The customer service said they don't mail to home since professional installation is required.  They also said to go to a store and pick one up but the store didn't have one either.  It has been many hours on customer service calls and an hour wait in the store.

I need to make sure I either get a card mailed to me prior to professional install on April 11th or one is provided to the tech.  What are the steps here?

We can certainly make sure one is being mailed out to you! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
