New house Xfinity unavailable
Own a brand new home and want to use Xfinity. If I search the entire neighborhood addresses they have access to Xfinity. House numbers before me and after me. Spent two hours with support getting nowhere. Finally a "supervisor" got on the line and I explained that this is a new house and she acknowledged that it probably was shown as unavailable because it hadn't been entered into the system. She said she would have to fill out some forms and the issue would be resolved within seven days. Fidium is also available and I encountered the same issue, got in touch with support, the women checked the street and saw that all my neighbors had access and while I was on the phone updated there system to show the service available. Why it takes filling out a form and seven days for Xfinity to confirm availability is ?????? I'm still waiting (four days and counting). I'll check availability on the eight day and if it's not available I'll be adding the other service.........Geezzzz we're not reinventing the wheel, or are we??????
