New House Service Extension
I just built two new houses and need to get a service line extended from the utility pole in the street to the houses about 450 ft away. My current house is right next door and I have xfinity, so I know it is available. I have an underground conduit installed in the driveway from the utility pole to the houses.
I opened a serviceability ticket and finally got a technician to come out. He said he could only connect the cable already next to the house and another person/team would need to come extend the line to the house. He then opened another service ticket for them to come. No one ever came and I just got notice that this was another serviceability ticket. So I have repeated this process three times now without any of the technicians able to extend the line. I appear to be stuck in an endless loop.
They have mentioned various terms like "line drop" "undergrounds team" "bucket truck team" as being able to come help me, but no one has come and they just keep opening new serviceability tickets. Can you please help me connect with the right person to actually extend the cable service line from the street to the houses.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

So I finally got a response and was told the cost to extend 450ft was over $10,000. They did not provide an actual estimate or breakdown of costs. So I don't even know if this accounts for the conduit I already installed. They wanted me to agree to this cost before telling me anything else about the estimate. Supposedly I am still waiting for an email from another team.
I guess I am getting Starlink.
