New House Is Recognized As A Business

Bought a new home and I'm trying to transfer service to it. When I go to select my address it says its recognized as a business. My home was previously a live in care house for disabled adults. Its now a residential regular old 3 bedroom. Not sure what to do to move forward. Please advise on how to fix this as soon as possible so I can get my internet up and running at my new house!

 Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
