New House and TERRIBLE service
My boyfriend and I just finished building a new house and have been calling Xfinity for weeks trying to get internet services. There is no other option in our area. Every time we call they put in a new ticket to “add our address to the system” and no one can tell us what the status is. We have escalated to managers and STILL no one at Xfinity has been able to figure this out. They say they will call and send emails but unfortunately there is no follow through. We are desperate and are so tired of being transferred to different departments. Any tips to set up internet at a new house?
