New Home Owner new installation

I recently bought a home that has never had xfinity at the pole but can see my neighbors have it at there pole with in 50 feet. I have an install scheduled for 2/9 but I dont see how they can install the service when there is no cable ran to my pole. My son really needs the internet because he is homebound for school and im worried sick about this install going negative any help would be appreciated if Comcast could send the right crew for the right job it may help process this for a better experience for all sides.
