New Home Construction
I am building a new home and cannot find information on scheduling Xfinity to come to the build site, survey the situation, install sleeves to prepare for cable installation, etc. I have wasted more than 20 minutes NOT finding a human agent and not finding answers. I'm so tired of the Xfinity Bot and its horrible circular (and limited!) choices. What's the point in having a support bot if it doesn't supply your customers with decent support?
Would an Xfinity rep PLEASE answer this new home construction question? Thank you!

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
