New Home Construction Services

My Wife called XFINITY customer service weeks ago and was told that someone would contact her about services to our new home in 7 to 10 business days. This time has passed. I was told by the builders that the line to the new house is there and the lines in the house are there. The two just don't connect together outside. That's fine ... I am just hoping to get some word back from Xfinity to either to me or my wife, even if there is a delay. We have moved into our new home are still waiting. I know people are busy and I have read stories about how people have gone months before someone got an answer. I just don't want for this to slip through the cracks. Our daughter's school is virtual only and we depend on internet service for her. Is there a contact number to someone who can verify that we are on a list and someone will at least answer about our status.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!!

Hi, foxden74. Thank you for your interest in our service. 🙂 Situations involving serviceability can definitely take some time, but I totally understand your concern and the need for internet sooner than later. Especially for your kid's schooling, very important! Did you wife receive a request number at all? Please send me a PM with your first and last name, your physical address, and the best contract number for you.

We will respond from there. Thanks!
