New home construction serviceability request

I am a current xfinity customer. I have recently purchased a new home. The home is a new construction, and I would like to place a serviceability request for the home. How do I do this?

Unfortunately I have already reviewed this and it is not helpful. The home is a new construction, and shows up when I search for the address - however, the builder informed us a technician will need to visit the home to assess serviceability. I see no direct method of making those arrangements other than contacting customer service, which is why I am here.
