New Home Construction - How to setup new build service request?

Hi - I'm building a new home at a different address than my current service. The new home will be 100-200ft off the road. The general contractor will be trenching in plumbing and electrical utilities since there is no pole close enough. I'd like to coordinate Comcast/Xfinity to install service while that utility work occurs. How do I set up a construction service request to coordinate and perform that work?

Hello user_vhro1u, thank you for reaching out in our Xfinity Community forums. We are happy to assist you. The easiest way to set this up is to being a new service(install) order. We are here and ready to help you set that up, you can call in to customer care, or you can go to a local store. Whichever is more convenient for you is the way we will proceed.  

If you want to have us assist you, we just need you to send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. 
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
