New home address showing up as a business

I am trying to transfer my Xfinity service online to the new address that I am moving to, but when looking up the address it claims it is a business address, which it is not. Not sure how to fix this?

Hey, user_z8mvuh! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with trying to set up a transfer of services. On the other hand, I would also like to thank you for wanting to bring Xfinity into your new home! We can certainly get a ticket open to have the address switched from business to resident if we need to. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and both full address so we may further assist you?
