New home address showing up as a business
Hi,
I saw this on other posts and the comments said to make a new post if you’re having the same problem.
I recently moved into a new apartment complex and wanted to move my Internet over. Whenever I try to put in the new address, it says “this looks like a business address.” I know my complex uses Xfinity so please let me know the steps to get this fixed.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
