New Hire; Looking for equipment

My name is (Edited: Personal information). I am a new hire and was hired to work remote from home. I was supposed to receive my equipment about two weeks ago, however UPS never delivered the equipment. They sent the equipment back to Comcast/ Xfinity. Now I am having trouble getting in touch with my hiring manager, I have a meeting in two days to ensure that my equipment is set up and working, and my start date is April 27 (next Monday). I’m very concerned that I won’t receive the equipment in time to start working. I really need someone to assist me with this as soon as possible.
