New equipment
We recently changed our cable package, we opted for the Popular package, ( We were at the the top tier and chose to have less channels). Now when I sign into the app it says our new equipment is on the way, I don't know what new equipment, we just chose less channels not to change our equipment. What equipment is coming to us?
