Hey there! Thanks so much for taking the time to reach us here on Xfinity Forums! What sort of equipment were we seeing out to you? If this is a In-store pickup order, this equipment is ready to pick up anytime within a 10-day period. If this is for mail-order, then please use the steps below to reach us directly, so we can look into that for you. 

 

Here's the detailed steps to Direct Message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
