user_05wivq Generally the Xfinity Getting Started kits will be delivered within 5-7 business days by UPS, or Fed Ex. Once the kit ships, you should receive an email with the tracking number.

For orders with equipment included you should receive another email with the tracking information normally in 24 to 48 hours after your order is confirmed.
