New Equipment Pick-up

I ordered new equipment to use at my future new address. We are moving there on May 1st. It is in another city 3 hours away from where we currently live. Today I got the message that my new equipment was ready for pick-up. However, we are not going to pick it up until May 1st. Can you guys hold the equipment until then?

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
