New Equipment Order Status

I was told that I needed a new TV box, which I went ahead and ordered on 5/23/23.  I have the order number and it said that the TV box would arrive 5/26-5/28.  As of 6/8/23, I have received no equipment nor any emails stating the shipment of equipment and tracking number.  I checked the "Devices" page and it says the status is still "order in progress." 

When will I know if the new TV box will ship and/or when I may have a tracking number?
