New device

New xifinity device not registering on xfinity app. 'Cannot recognize CM MAC number.

I can't locate a live agent for help.

Hello, @user_iwyncg thank you for reaching out to our community for assistance. Can you tell me the make and model of the device you are trying to add? What if any error codes/messages are you receiving when trying to add the device? Have you followed the instructions in https://www.xfinity.com/support/self-install#activation-instructions-videos to make sure the device is properly being added?
