New Developer Looking to Schedule an Install for Comcast Ready Homes

Hello, we are the owner and general contractor building 6 new homes in the Bothell, WA area. I have attempted several times to contact the Comcast Construction Resource line for owner/builders and builder/devlopers to have cable lines installed from the street to the property. Every time I call I get immediately transferred to a non-recognizable name's voicemail box that is full and cannot accept new messages. Please let me know how I can go about contacting someone to get this set up.
