New Customer Worst Experience Ever: Confirmed Order abruptly cancelled and asked to sign up again without original offer

I am a new customer and signed up for a new 1 Gigabit account with $200 Amazon gift card offer.   [Edited: Personal Information]
But when I went to the store, I was told my order was abruptly cancelled within just 4 days. I called customer care and they apologized and offered to sign me up again but without the $200 Amazon offer as it had expired. I told them it was you who cancelled my order so why shouldn’t I get the original offer? I was transferred to the loyalty department there and the agent put me on hold for more than 30mins (basically she didn’t want to help me and ignored me). Really bad customer service.
Now I’m stuck with a Confimed Order Confirmation that Xfinity is no longer honoring? Can you please explain what’s going on?
[Edited: Soliciting] after seeing such a bad new customer service from Xfinity.
And to that agent who handled me from loyalty department: that was really unprofessional of her. If I can I’d like to file an official complaint against her.
