new customer pricing

I am paying double what a new customer pays and have many different options in my area for service.  I have been unable to get anyone on the phone.  How do I discuss this with a human or do I just stop paying my bill and then go with starlink?

You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
