New Customer Prepaid Visa Gift Card - Never Activated
Hello,
I was issued a $200 prepaid gift card as a new Xfinity customer to the area. As I was preparing for travel, I misplaced the card and never used it. I found the card recently and tried to activate it. However, it was already expired. Is there a way for Xfinity to issue a new card?

Thank you for reaching out user_b907m8. The Prepaid cards expire 180 days from the date they are issued. There should be an expiration date printed on your card. Unfortunately, I do not think we can get a replacement issued, we would be happy to ask though! It might take around a 3-5 business days to research.
