New Customer Pre-Paid Gift Card
Hello, I am a new customer to Xfinity and I checked out using the promo code MC50 that offered a $50 pre-paid gift card. I have the receipt that was sent to my email confirming that I get the pre-paid gift card but I do not know how to retrieve or access this gift card. Could someone provide some guidance on how to gain access to this gift card?

@roy_j Thanks for adding a post, and joining Xfinity as a new customer. About a week after your service is activated, it will start showing a status for you to track here xfinityincentivetracker.com. As long as you keep everything active, the card will arrive after 90 days since activation to the service address.
