Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_zf2j1h, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Congratulations on your new home! I can certainly understand how frustrating it must be to have your address verified by USPS and see that your neighbors have Xfinity service, but not be able to get a clear answer on the next steps for getting connected. New construction addresses can sometimes take time to be added to our system, even when they are already recognized by USPS. Since service is available on your street, we'd be happy to create a serviceability ticket to have your address reviewed and added to the system if eligible. This will allow our teams to determine what may be needed to provide service to your new home.  Please send our team a direct message with your full name and the service address; we'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Thank you  @EG
