New contract for internet service promotion and transfer a mobile service promotion

I signed a new contract with xfinity in January, 2022. The employee informed me as a new customer, there is $300 promotion for signing for internet service package that is about $29.99. I agreed. Then he mentioned if I transfer a mobile phone to xfinity service, I can receive promotion for additional $200. I agreed. He told me I need to keep both services for 3 months to get the promotion. I went to the xfinity store today and they said there is no promotional reward under my name and I must misunderstood. I want every body to know that false advertising for promotions to get people to sign long term contracts should be punished by law. I am going to file a complaint against xfinity and will do my best to let everyone knows they are liers and have no integrity

Did you make any changes to your service after you signed up besides adding the mobile service?
 
You can check your status here:  https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/
After you sign up for service it takes 90 days of on time payments [no missed or slow payments] to qualify.

Xfinity owe me in total $500 in prepaid gift card.  When I get it, I will accept.

When Xfinity gave me what I was promised when I signed my contract which is $500 in total for internet service new customer and transferring my mobile phone, I will accept solution. Till then there  is no acceptance.
