New construction

I am the GC on a new four unit building. 

What conduit would Xfinity want us to install during the construction process to bring Xfinity from the street to the units? Will one conduit suffice for the 4 units? To total distance is ~100 ft . The new building is located between [Edited: "Personal Information"] in Montpelier VT. I am sure the temporary address is not in your system (491A).
