NEW CONSTRUCTION

Is there not a way to speak directly to the construction team at Xfinity?! I have purchased a new home and I need a tap installed at the pole in front of my house. There is a tap already at the end of my driveway but they are saying that it’s too far and a new one must be installed! However no one seems to know how to make that actually happen! I have had ticket after ticket opened, tech after tech sent out and I am still with no service! The last tech that came out pulled in my driveway and drove off! This has been a terrible experience! I’ve never seen such treatment in my life! Is there anyone that can actually help!!!???

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_exihs4 I am sorry to hear about your experience getting started with the new construction. There is no direct number to the construction team. But we can check the ticket and reach out to them on your behalf. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address, and we will look into things further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
