New Construction

I’ve been trying for 5 years to get internet. After measuring the distance for the drop myself, I was finally able to get someone to send a tech. Unfortunately, since my address isn’t built into the system they dispatched to my neighbors address. The utility guy won’t mark unless it’s dispatched to the right address, I get the run-around and told something different every time I call. I did get a tech to confirm they can do the drop at $0 cost to me but I CANNOT for the life of me figure out how to get in contact with construction to get the ball rolling. I’ve been told they would call me multiple times and I never hear anything. Ticket # [Edited: "Personal Information"] - for reference.
